biography
fei cheng received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from anhui normal university of china in 1990, the master’s degree in system engineering from xiamen university of china in 2004, and the ph.d. degree in control theory and control engineering from xiamen university of china in 2007. from 2008, she worked as a post-doctoral research associate at the center for management science and engineering at zhejiang university of china, and a visiting scholar at edward p. fitts department of industrial and systems engineering at the north carolina state university(ncsu) in usa from 2017 to 2018.dr. cheng joined the faculty of industrial engineering department at the hangzhou dianzi university in 2007 and her research interests include simulation and optimization for multi-scale manufacturing systems, intelligent algorithm and control, micro/nano manufacturing, and manufacturing process quality control.
