biography
yi liu was born in liaoning province, china, at 1978. he received the b.s. degrees in computer technology and applications from the north east university in 2000, and m.s. degrees in computer science and technology from the university of information and engineering in 2003, the ph.d. degree in management science and engineering from university of shanghai for science& technology in 2007. he is the assistant professor of hangzhou dianzi university at china and the visiting scholar of electrical engineering and computer sciences, university of california, berkeley, ca.
