biography

minfei zhou received his phd in management from school of management, zhejiang university in 2011. he has been a faculty member at management school, hangzhou dianzi university since 2012. his research interests include institution and strategy, innovation strategy in sme, the governance of network organization, and organizational evolution. his work has been published in journals such as asia pacific journal of management, studies in science of science.
