xianyun yu is a lecturer at the school of management, hangzhou dianzi university in hangzhou, china. he holds a ph.d. in management science from the hunan university. his main areas of research include disruptive innovation, open innovation and social network. his research spans more than 20 articles in journals such as tfsc, science research management (chinese journal), chinese journal of management and others.
